The Department of Tourism Studies offers modern infrastructure that supports academic learning, practical training and professional development. The Department is equipped with smart classrooms, a computer laboratory, a Digital Tourism Laboratory and a well-stocked library with around 8,000 books, journals, magazines, newspapers and coffee table books. Specialised facilities such as the Front Office Laboratory, Food Production Laboratory, Food & Beverage Service Laboratory (Training Restaurant), Housekeeping Laboratory and Ayurveda Laboratory provide hands-on training in tourism and hospitality operations. The Department also utilises the Bhuvana Vijaya Function Hall for seminars, workshops, guest lectures, cultural programmes and academic events, creating a dynamic and industry-oriented learning environment.
